At Spirit Aroma, we use USPS as our mode of shipping for all orders. Please provide us with a street address as we cannot ship to a PO Box address.

Orders are normally processed on the same business day (Monday - Friday) if placed before 12PM EST, or on the next business day if placed after 12PM EST. All items are dispatched on the next business day after order processing.

We currently only ship within the United States.

 

Standard Ground Shipping in Continental US

We offer USPS Standard Ground Shipping for a fixed rate of $5 on all orders. Your package will arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

We provide USPS Shipping to customers in Alaska and Hawaii for a fixed rate of $13.00. Your package will arrive in 5-7 business days.

 

Priority Shipping

We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping for those customers who wish to receive their items sooner. The cost of this method of shipment is $12.00. Your package is guaranteed to arrive in 3 business days.

 

Express Shipping

We offer USPS Express Shipping for those customers who wish to receive their items as quickly as possible. The cost of this method of shipment is $25.00 and will guarantee your package to arrive in 1-2 business days.

  

Deliveries

USPS will deliver straight to your door or mailbox. However, if undeliverable, a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you either of that it is ready to collect at your nearest USPS location.

If your package does not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us at SpiritAroma.us@gmail.com and we will track it for you. 

  

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, but we expect it within the next day or so, we will hold your order until that item arrives and then notify you of shipping. If we won't be receiving an out of stock item for several days, we will go ahead and ship your partial order, and later send out the back-stocked item when it arrives, at no additional shipping cost to you. This rarely happens. However, if our back-ordered item will be more than a few days, we will email you to see whether you'd like to cancel the order or wait until we have it back in stock.
