We guarantee the quality of our products and work tirelessly to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of our dear customers with the service they receive. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange your item(s), you may do so at any time. We will refund the full retail or sale price that you paid for your purchase.
Additionally, if you return your item within 5 days of receiving it, the cost of returning the product is also on us.
In order to avoid a return situation, we urge you to try small quantities of our products first before placing larger orders.
To make a return, email us your order number and reason for return at Support@SpiritAroma.com and we will email you back within 24 hours with return instructions. Your item MUST be returned within 7 days from when your return is authorized to qualify for an exchange or refund/credit note.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. We will issue your refund using the same method with which your item was paid for.
Finally, please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address in your initial order to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. We want all our products to reach you safely and in a timely manner.
